(Little Penny Thrift) If little is your thing, then this is the plant for you. It's a tiny tuffet of deep dark green foliage rosettes. A very slow grower, reaching only about 2"tall and 3-4"wide with age. Loved and grown for its foliage and form, it is not a big bloomer. Flowers in early summer with tiny reddish-pink blooms, held close to the foliage. Appreciates good drainage and is drought tolerant once established. Perfect for little pockets in the rock garden and trough garden. Ideal as a slow-growing accent or small "shrub" in the fairy garden and miniature garden. Cold hardy to zone 5.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Plants cannot be returned. Please inspect plants upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
